Kolanda 17.1h 11yo KWPN chestnut mare by Vigo d’Arsouilles out of an Ahorn mare. Bred in Canada and later imported, this stunning mare has had top placings through 1.20 and has scope for more. While having shown previously with adult amateurs, she most recently has been shown by a junior rider. At the age of 8, Kolanda took a talented 12 year old junior to her first rated shows. She’s given her kid invaluable experience over the last three years while they showed all over the country, and she’s ready to do the same for someone else. Kolanda is safe, forgiving, and willing to take a joke. She’s careful over fences, but not spooky. Happy to putts around on a long rein, but also has some gears when asked. She maintains a professional demeanor at shows and comes out the same after having numerous days off, making her the absolute dream horse for an adult ammy or another junior rider. This mare has been given a strong foundation on the flat, has great lead changes, and has that big, beautiful movement you would expect from a warmblood. Although most of her experience is in the jumpers, she could easily have top placings in the hunters or eq as well. Kolanda has no previous injuries or vices.
